After 6 hard weeks of trial in San Mateo County, Dan Kramer and Teresa Johnson along with co-counsel Colleen Pratt secured a jury verdict for $2,360,000 in an admitted liability motor vehicle collision case! In obtaining this result, KTL had to overcome a sympathetic 16-year-old defendant, the plaintiff’s long-standing history of osteoarthritis, a conservative venue, and a defense trial ask of $250,000.
